Ingredients for Cauliflower Capsicum masala curry
Cauliflower - 1 small flowerCapsicum - 2 nos medium sized
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Coriander leaf - 1/2 bunch
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala powedr - 1/4 tsp.
Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp.
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp.
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp.
Salt as required
Method for making Gobi Capsicum Masala Gravy Recipe
1. Boil water, cut the cauliflower into small florets and immerse this to the boiled water.2. Heat oil in a kadai, add the finely chopped onions saute well till it becomes transparent.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste, jeera powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and chilli powder to the above mixture and saute well.
4. Add the required amount of salt and then add the cauliflower florets. Add enough water for the cauliflower to be cooked.
5. Add the capsicum pieces cut into cubes to the above mixture once when the cauliflower is half cooked. Saute well and add the cut tomatoes. Close with a lid and cook till everything is done.
Garnish this with coriander leaves and serve hot with any breakfast recipes.

hi, when i made this recipe it looked watery. It did not look thick as it is seen in the picture above.
