Ingredients for making Vegetable Idli
Idli batter - 3 cupsGrated Carrot - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions - 1 cup
Chopped green chilli - 1 tbsp.
Boiled Green Peas - 1/4 cup
A sprig of curry leaves
Few Coriander leaves
Ginger finely grated
Gingely oil - 1 tsp.
Method for making Vegetable Idli
2. Pour this to the greased idli plates just like you do for normal idlis.
3. Steam cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve this hot vegetable idli with any chutney.
