Rice flour - 1/4cup
Maida - 1/4 cup
Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 2
Thinly chopped Cabbage - 1cup
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - A handful
A sprig of curry leaves
Chillipowder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
A pinch Baking soda
Oil for frying
2. Heat oil in a kadai, take little amount of batter in the form of ball and pour in oil. Add 5 to 6 balls at a time and deep fry until golden brown.
Serve this hot Cabbage Bonda with sauce or chutney.

Gram Flour/kadalamavu - 1cupRice flour - 1/4cup
Maida - 1/4 cup

Method for making Cabbage Bonda
1. Mix the kadalamaavu, maida, riceflour,cuminseeds, chilli powder, salt, baking soda with little oil and then add the onions, coriander leaves, cabbage and curry leaves with little water.2. Heat oil in a kadai, take little amount of batter in the form of ball and pour in oil. Add 5 to 6 balls at a time and deep fry until golden brown.
Serve this hot Cabbage Bonda with sauce or chutney.
