Mangalore Bonda is one of the easy to make snack recipes which can be made within minutes and served to the guests. It is a best fried snack recipe made using simple ingredients available at home. Try this crispy bonda and enjoy as a evening snack.
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp.
A pinch of Baking soda
Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Thick sour curd - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
Green chillies - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch
A sprig of curry leaves
Salt and oil as required.
2. Next add the cooking soda and 1 tbsp. of water if required to get a vada batter consistency.
3. Heat oil in a kadai and take a medium sized ball from the dough and drop this in thew oil and fry till golden brown.
Yummy Hot Mangalore bonda is ready to be served with any chutney or Tomato sauce.

Ingredients for making Mangalore Bonda
Maida - 1 cupRice Flour - 2 tbsp.

Method for making Mangalore Bonda
1. Mix the maida, rice flour, curd, onions, cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and salt in a large bowl without lumps and leave this for 15 minutes.2. Next add the cooking soda and 1 tbsp. of water if required to get a vada batter consistency.
