Chettinad Kara Chutney is a very popular Chettinad Chutney which pair well with Kara Paniyaram, idli, dosa, pongal or even for chapathi and poori. Onions and tomatoes are blend with garlic, red chillies and tamarind to give a spicy tangy taste. Here I have used vara milagai to give a reddish look you can also use dry red chillies. Try this authentic Chettinad chutney and enjoy.
