Bhatura / Bhature is one of the popular Punjabi recipe and also easy to make breakfast recipes which tastes well with Chana masala and also called as Chana Bhatura. This poori is made using Maida and curd. The sourness of the curd gives softness to the dough and the rava makes it crispy and retains the puffiness for longer time. Adding little sugar gives a brown colour to the poori.
