Ingredients needed to make Sambar Powder
Byadagi chillies / Kashmiri chillies - 100gm
Red chillies - 100 gm
Daniya - 200 gm
Pepper - 100 gm
Cumin seeds - 100 gm
Fenugreek seeds - 100 gm

Method for making Sambar Powder
Grind all the above ingredients to a fine powder in a blender. You can store this in an air tight container and use for making Tiffin Sambar.
