Ingredients for making Onion Masala Chapathi
Whole wheat flour: 2 cupsRed chilli powder: 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seed powder: 1/4 tsp.
Turmeric powder a pinch
Finely grated ginger: 2 tsp.
Coriander powder: 1 tsp.
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt as required.
Garam masala powder a pinch
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp.
Method for making Onion Masala Chapathi
1. Make a soft dough using wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Close it with a lid and allow to rest for half an hour.2. Heat oil in a kadai add the finely chopped onions and saute well.
3. Next add the masala powders, salt and ginger garlic paste and saute well.

4. Pinch a small ball sized dough make a small cup and place the onion stuffing and fold on all sides making it into a small ball stuffed with the onions.

6. Cook it on tawa with oil or ghee as you prefer.
