Folded paratha / Triangle chapathi recipe is one of the easy to make breakfast recipe. Here we roll the chapthi into triangle shape or into square shape and then toss in dosa tawa. You can serve this by just sprinkling little sugar to the kids or with Simple dal or Kurma.
Ingredients for making Folded Paratha
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Ghee as required.
Salt as required.
Water as required.

Method for making Folded Paratha
1. Mix the wheat flour with required amount of salt and ghee and knead well to form a soft dough.
2. Roll this into chapathi and then add little ghee and fold it into triangle shape or into square shape.
3. Now roll them and cook this in a dosa tawa till you get a golden brown colour with ghee.
Serve this Hot Roti with any of the following Chapathi Side dish:
