Kadai Paneer is a semi dry tangy spicy Paneer dish which goes well for chapathi, poori and phulkas. Here fresh ground masala is mixed with capsicum and paneer to make it more spicier and brighter. Enjoy this flavorful aromatic Kadai paneer.

Ingredients needed for making Kadai Paneer Masala
Paneer - 200 gmsCapsicum - 1 no. (thinly sliced)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
Chopped Tomatoes - 2 cups
Onions - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

Green chillies - 2 nos (slit lengthwise)
Garam masala poder - 1/2 tsp.
Salt as per taste

A handful of coriander leaves
To grind
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp.
Red chillies - 5 nos.
Method for making Paneer Capsicum Masala
1. Heat oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onions and saute well till it becomes transparent.3. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute well.
4. Add the ground kadai masala (Fry the ingredients given under "To grind" and ground like a coarse powder in mixie) and saute well till it becomes a paste and starts to leave oil.
5. Next add the lengthwise chopped Capsicum slices and saute for 5 minutes.
6. Next add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder, green chillies and salt and cook in a low flame for 3 minutes. Add little water and allow this to boil for 3 minutes in medium flame.
7. Fry the paneer cubes in butter and then add this to the above mixture. You can add fresh cream on top to make it more richer and delicious.

8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Rotis, Chapathis, Paratha, or anything of your choice.
