Ingredients for making Onion Masala Chapathi
Whole wheat flour: 2 cupsMedium sized onions: 2 nos.
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seed: 1/4 tsp.
Turmeric powder a pinch
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp.
Gram flour - 1 tbsp

Method for making Onion Masala Chapathi
1. Make a soft dough using wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Close it with a lid and allow to rest for half an hour.2. Heat oil in a kadai add the cumin seeds and then add lengthwise chopped onions and saute well.
3. Next add the masala powders, salt and ginger garlic paste and saute well.
4. Next add gram flour and mix well, splash little water on top and saute in a low flame for 2 minutes.
5. Now the onion stuffing is ready.
